Project Architect - Retail

Overview

Location: New York, NY Hybrid Full-time

We are working with a leading design studio in Manhattan on their growing retail practice, delivering rollouts and flagship stores for well-known global brands.

What you'll do

• Lead technical production and coordination of retail projects, from flagship concept to rollout documentation

• Manage consultant coordination, landlord requirements, and permit filings

• Mentor intermediate staff and maintain production standards

• Balance multiple projects with tight schedules and brand guidelines

What we're looking for

• 7+ years' architectural experience with at least 3 in retail environments

• Strong AutoCAD skills; Revit proficiency preferred

• Knowledge of DOB codes, compliance, and filing strategies

• Ability to manage multiple concurrent retail programs with attention to detail
