The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a Project and Commercial Manager to join our Integrated Delivery team-working collaboratively with a range of Arup's disciplines including engineering, urban design, ecology, digital technology, and architecture. This is a unique chance to contribute to a diverse, integrated environment, delivering creative and socially impactful solutions on major international projects.

In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in managing large-scale multidisciplinary projects, ensuring client expectations are met, and coordinating the project team. You'll support forecasting, invoicing, and project communications while helping manage change through Early Warning Notes. It's a hands-on opportunity to lead from within and shape the delivery of complex, forward-thinking infrastructure.

Ideally, you'll have experience in project or commercial management within the built environment and a passion for shaping meaningful outcomes. You'll be expected to manage deliverables with care, adapt to evolving project needs, and work effectively with multiple stakeholders-from colleagues to clients.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams and implement client instructions

  • Lead on project forecasting, invoicing, and commercial reporting

  • Prepare client-facing documents including reports, plans, and presentations

  • Ensure delivery meets both Arup's and clients' project objectives

  • Support major design and planning projects from concept through to construction
