Temporary Project / Site Administrator - 3 months - Holyhead
Previous experience in a similar role, ideally with project / site administration experience. However, strong administrators from similar industries will also be considered. You must have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently when required and have excellent attention to detail.

This is a temporary position with hours being 9 - 4. There is some flexibility around this. Hourly rate £14.79 which is inclusive of your holiday pay.

Your new company
I am currently working with a key client who is looking for an experienced Project / Site Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis for around 3 months.
Your new role
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project offices and administration systems.
- Serve as the initial contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Maintain project filing systems (paper and electronic) and ensure security of confidential work.
- Oversee office fire safety and housekeeping.
- Manage site inductions and capture personal credentials for security systems.
- Order and track PPE, stationery, and consumables.
- Ensure accurate business communications and project filing.
- Assist in archiving project documents and compiling O&M folders for handover.
- Manage meeting rooms and schedules.
- Provide administrative support, including typing and organising refreshments for meetings.
- Maintain reception area appearance and track personnel movements.
- Record and process site inductions, manage competence checks, and log defects.
