Progression Coach: Empower People to Work & Thrive

Reed in Partnership is seeking a Progression Coach to attract, register and progress Participants toward sustainable employment across Essex & Hertfordshire. You will use diagnosis, coaching and action planning to support a caseload of up to 25 Participants, delivering services in Reed in Partnership sites and community venues.

The role is office based with travel; a generous base salary of £30,000-£31,500 (pro-rata for part time) is offered, with flexible working arrangements varying by role.
