The successful candidate will support the delivery of a high-quality maintenance and commercial service by planning and deploying resources, communicating with customers and staff. They will effectively deliver a high standard service in a customer-focused contact centre environment, ensuring that day-to-day property repairs and maintenance services; void property redecoration, associated planned maintenance/improvement works are initiated, processed, and completed in a timely manner.
