Programme Planning Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and mobilisation of strategic programmes that deliver measurable outcomes and benefits
• Own programme development and submissions for regulatory price reviews
• Manage programme budgets and investment portfolios
• Drive optimisation of programme scope and delivery plans
• Lead and develop a team of technical specialists
• Build trusted relationships across the business and with external stakeholders

Requirements

• Understanding of and experience in managing programmes through the entire project lifecycle
• Excellent technical knowledge and broad experience in the water sector or similar utilities
• Familiarity with operations, regulation, and capital delivery
• Proven communication skills with the ability to influence decisions at a senior level
• Highly numerate with a well-developed understanding of business case development, commercial arrangements, and benefits framework.
