Programme Manager SAP Finance

My client is looking for someone who can operate at a strategic level - challenging the roadmap, influencing senior stakeholders, identifying resource requirements, and driving delivery across multiple countries.

• Lead SAP S/4HANA Finance delivery across European entities
• Oversee rollout and optimization activities in France, Spain, and Germany
• Drive governance, reporting, and programme planning
• Ensure compliance with local financial and tax requirements
• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and SAP delivery teams
• Assess and challenge the existing SAP roadmap

• Proven SAP S/4HANA Program/Project Management experience
• Strong SAP Finance (FICO) background
• Experience delivering multi-country European rollouts
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Experience managing company codes, compliance, and tax-related requirements
• Ability to work autonomously and provide strategic direction
