Salary: £57,750 - £60,000 (DOE)

Car Allowance: £600/Month

Location: Westdown Camp, Tilshead, Salisbury, Wiltshire , SP3 4RS

Travel Required: Regional role - own transport essential

Landmarc, a leading provider of integrated training and sustainable infrastructure solutions for the UK Ministry of Defence has an exciting new opportunity for a Programme Manager to join our evolving team.

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for delivering complex programmes? We're looking for an experienced Programme Manager to lead and evolve our portfolio of billable works and services. This is a pivotal role where you'll drive delivery excellence, shape future projects, and collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end management of billable works and services, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
Develop strategic programme overviews in close consultation with clients.
Maintain and optimise the Billable Works Register to reflect asset conditions accurately.
Collaborate with clients to develop compliant, cost-effective, and deliverable project options.
Oversee project design and delivery, ensuring full compliance with CDM regulations.
Manage project risk registers and master data assumptions to ensure programme-wide risk mitigation.
Engage with stakeholders, report progress, and uphold compliance with statutory bodies.

The Ideal Candidate

Strong knowledge of CDM, contractor management, Safe Systems of Work, and NEBOSH Construction.
Proven experience in project planning within multi-tasking environments.
Level 4 qualification in Project Management (e.g., NVQ/HNC, MSP, APMP) or equivalent.
Solid understanding of building services and statutory regulations.
Proficiency in MS Project, Asite, and other relevant IT tools.
Must have a valid UK driving licence

About the Company
