Programme Manager

Overview

My client, a leading Consultancy, is looking for a Programme Manager with experience of running complex IT Service transition programmes in a hybrid role for their customer.

Responsibilities

• Manage people-related transition activities including TUPE, plan and facilitate communications, training and staffing before, during and after the change.
• Deal with contractual, finance and legal aspects and consult with executives or experts about possible implications of the proposed changes.

Qualifications

• The Ideal candidate must have worked as a Programme Manager within a complex IT Service Transition programme with expertise in managing people-related transition activities including TUPE.
• Experience in the Pharmaceutical sector will be an advantage.
