Programme Manager - Lloyd's Insurance Essential - Outside IR35 Contract

Our sister company Stellarmann is looking for a contract Programme Manager to support the stand-up of a new Managing General Agent for a London Market insurer. Stellarmann builds expert teams to deliver high-impact technology and change initiatives, and this programme is a flagship initiative for the client's 2025 strategy.

We're looking for an experienced Programme-level Delivery Lead who has a strong track record of delivering complex, high-impact change in the Lloyd's Market. This is a hands-on role in a lean, fast-moving environment where adaptability and a delivery mindset are essential.

You'll be great for this role if:

• You're a seasoned Delivery Lead or Programme Manager with experience driving major strategic change in insurance
• You're confident leading from the front - planning, managing, and executing delivery, not just overseeing it
• You have experience working in or setting up MGAs, MGUs, or Lloyd's syndicates
• You bring deep operational change experience in delegated authority or high-volume transaction environments
• You're able to manage multiple stakeholders, including C-suite, with credibility and clarity
• You have recent London Market insurance experience (essential)
