About the Role We're looking for a Programme Manager to lead high-impact programmes within our DigIT portfolio, specifically shaping and delivering cyber security and operations/infrastructure programmes. Reporting to senior IT leadership, you'll manage complex, multi-disciplinary initiatives that blend technical and business objectives, ensuring delivery of strategic outcomes and benefits realisation. What you'll do Lead and deliver complex programmes with both business and technical objectives. Drive benefits tracking and realisation, outcome delivery, and dependency management. Ensure smooth transition of technical deliverables into operations. Provide clarity and governance around finance and programme processes. Mentor and support less experienced project managers within the team. What you'll bring As you can see, this is a pivotal, high-profile role. You'll bring a collaborative mindset, strategic thinking, and first-class communication skills, as well as: A recognised qualification such as MSP, PgMP, PMP, or equivalent experience. Proven expertise in programme management within complex, fast-paced environments, with exceptional planning and communication skills. Outstanding stakeholder engagement and influencing ability, including experience in customer-facing transformation programmes and operational contexts such as cybersecurity. Strong financial governance and risk management capability, combined with proactive handling of dependencies across large-scale transformation initiatives. A self-driven, autonomous leader who can seamlessly blend technical and business objectives to deliver impactful outcomes. High IT proficiency and technical delivery experience, ensuring successful integration of business and technology solutions.
