Programme Manager - ELSEC

The Programme Manager will mobilise and lead the new Early Language Support for Every Child (ELSEC) Programme in Hampshire ensuring safe and effective service delivery.

They will work in partnership with the Physical Health Leadership Team to embed sustainable, equitable services with embedded clinical governance, professional leadership, and integrated efficient working practices.

They will be expected to adapt to the changing requirements emerging over time and working in partnership with their manager and senior leadership to support changes to both the service delivery model and staffing structures.

The role will require leadership in a multi-agency, multi-provider environment in community settings and requires proven experience of leadership and service delivery management in partnership with key stakeholders across the system, including Children's Services.
