Programme Director
This role will lead one of Isio's transformation programmes of work which will deliver a significant improvement to Isio's performance through the successful completion of this programme.
The role will report into Isio's Transformation Director and will have overall responsibility for one of Isio's critical programmes of work.
Roles & Responsibilities- Lead and manage a programme of work within Isio. These programmes will be strategic in nature and will have multiple projects of work.
- Develop and execute the overall vision, goals, and strategies for the program to align with Isio's objectives
- Work closely with the Sponsor of the programme and collaborate with senior stakeholders
- Be responsible for the delivery of the programme outcomes
- Take responsibility for the management and maintenance of all programme documentation
- Own the relationship during the programme with any third parties and other key external stakeholders
- Take responsibility for the programme plan and governance
- Agree and monitor the realisation of benefits that will be achieved by the sponsor and business lines
- Prepare and present regular programme updates to the leadership of Isio
- Create, manage, and monitor the programme budget, ensuring financial resources are secured and allocated effectively for all projects within the program
- Lead, manage, and motivate project teams, providing clear objectives, feedback, and support to ensure staff are equipped and motivated to succeed
- Identify potential risks and challenges and develop strategies to mitigate them to ensure the program's successful delivery
- Continuously evaluate and identify ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of programme operations and delivery
- Excellent knowledge and experience of large programme delivery, preferably within the pensions industry
- Proven ability to lead and motivate diverse teams to achieve shared objectives
- Proven track record of delivering complex programmes of work
- Ability to balance programme priorities with Isio's objectives, values and risk appetite
- Proven leadership of programme teams including client and technology teams
- Knowledge of various program and project management frameworks, tools, and best practices.
