Salary: £36,898 - £40,698 + pension

Working Hours: 37 hours per week

Minimum Qualifications: Summer Mountain Leader (Assessed), Rock Climbing Instructor (Assessed), Paddlesport Leader, 16-hour First Aid qualification, Full driving licence with D1+E

Role Details: This role is based in either Glasgow or Edinburgh, with travel to the other centre approximately 2 days a week (travel paid by Venture Scotland). It involves delivering outdoor activities, residentials (up to 5 nights), and providing social and emotional learning opportunities. The role includes managing programme delivery teams, supporting volunteers and staff, evaluating programmes, and ensuring safety standards.
