Programme Change Manager - AI

Role Overview

Our client, a Technology Services Business, is seeking a Change Programme Lead to oversee the organisations AI transformation and adoption programme.

Key Responsibilities

• Driving the holistic adoption of AI across service operations to enhance productivity, quality, and competitiveness.
• Enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our business operations and back-office functions through AI deployment and adoption.

Working in close partnership with the Executive Team and senior stakeholders across Sales, Delivery, Technology, Finance, Legal, HR, and Marketing, you will manage the overall transformation programme and key dependencies. The role will act as a cross functional integrator and change manager, maintaining alignment with the commercial strategy and delivery capability to ensure AI becomes embedded in how they serve clients and run their business.

The successful candidate will combine commercial acumen, programme leadership, change management and strong understanding of AI capabilities to drive both revenue growth and delivery excellence.
