We have an exciting opportunity to join Hillingdon Adult and Community Learning as a Curriculum Manager in our journey from Good to Outstanding. About the job
Weneed a Curriculum Managerwho will take responsibility for the IT and Digital Skills curriculum area, ensuring that learners are provided with high-quality learning and personal development opportunities in a particular field of study.
The successful candidate will lead and manage their curriculum teams under the guidance of Quality Managers, from the strategic planning of the curriculum to the operational management of the delivery, ensuring that all quality and performance monitoring meets and exceeds internal and external standards and offer opportunities for progression onto further learning.
A successful track record of generating and managing effective partnership working is essential to maximise high quality opportunities for learners.
About the Person
To be successful, youwill be keen to work with a passionate and professional team and will develop effective working relationships with a network of colleagues in other parts of the counciland in the community in order to widen opportunities for residents.
As an experienced tutor/manager you will be qualified in your specialist field and in teaching and assessment, or be willing to work towards an IQA qualification. You will have an enthusiastic and flexible approach to your work and be innovative in developing and identifying new opportunities to enhance learning for residents.
You should have the ability to commute between locations with use of your own vehicle.
