Programme and Qualifications Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced Work Based Learning Practitioner to fulfil the role of Programme & Qualifications Lead to oversee the delivery and administration of bespoke and non apprenticeship funded programmes and qualifications.

The role is responsible for managing and supporting a team of Professional Development Consultants, ensuring learner caseloads are effectively managed and programmes are delivered to a high standard. Expectation of teaching hours as part of this role.

You will oversee learner progress throughout the programme lifecycle and work closely with internal teams to help ensure a positive and consistent learner experience while maintaining compliance and operational efficiency. You will also monitor performance against contractual requirements and commercial income targets, identifying and addressing risks as they arise.

This position is field based, but some travel may be expected, so the ability to travel is essential.

Starting Salary: £33,500 per annum, PLUS a Welsh speaking uplift.
