The Shawano School District has an opening for a Program Support Special Education Teacher at Hillcrest/LEADS Primary School for the 2026-27 school year. Role Responsibilities

The Program Support Special Education Teacher at the middle school level provides leadership and support to ensure high quality special education programming for students with a range of needs. Responsibilities include coaching staff on IEP development and specially designed instruction, monitoring compliance and timelines, facilitating IEP meetings as the LEA representative, and supporting coordination of evaluations and services. This role collaborates with staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote inclusive, student centered practices and improve outcomes for all learners.
