This Program Manager role leads strategic initiatives and cross functional programs for international grocery delivery packaging operations. The position requires strong program management expertise to drive alignment across procurement, distribution, forecasting, operations, and data analytics functions while managing complex stakeholder relationships and delivering measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Lead end to end program management for international packaging supply chain initiatives across multiple regions and business units
  • Define program roadmaps, milestones, and success metrics in partnership with Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain teams
  • Negotiate and influence supplier terms on lead times, order frequency, and distribution methods
  • Design and implement procurement execution frameworks and ordering processes for all packaging supplies
  • Oversee distribution strategy execution for packaging components across suppliers
  • Drive data driven decision making through comprehensive reporting and insights generation
About the Team

The R2L Packaging Innovation & Integration team is responsible for packaging design and supply chain management for grocery delivery across multiple businesses, including Amazon Fresh, Grocery Partnerships, Sub Same Day Grocery and Amazon Now, across EU - UK, Germany, France, Italy and Spain.

Basic Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
  • Experience working cross functionally with tech and non tech teams
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
  • Experience in program or project management
  • Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
  • Experience defining and executing program requirements
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
  • Experience leading process improvements
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
