Program Manager

Overview

We're seeking a Technical Senior Project and Program Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical projects and/or non-complex programs. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead high-complexity technical projects and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Develop project plans, manage timelines, resources, budgets, and risks.
• Provide technical guidance and support throughout project lifecycles.
• Create and maintain project documentation in line with best practices.
• Mentor and guide project staff, including team leads and product owners.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and manage expectations.
• Drive continuous improvement and stay current on emerging technologies.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Project or Program Management.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong knowledge of technical project management and leadership practices.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel as needed.
