Job Description
For one of our clients, a recognized institution active in professional pension schemes, we are looking for a LPP manager to strengthen a team specialized in managing second pillar files. LPP Manager (m/f/d) - Italian required. Region: Lausanne. Responsibilities include: Processing and following up on LPP files in accordance with procedures and deadlines; managing requests from insured parties, affiliates, and partners (written/phone); analyzing and updating contractual documents; monitoring issues related to the life of files (entries, exits, changes, insurance events) with internal teams and external stakeholders; quality control of data and processing; continuously improving processes and ensuring the smooth operation of the service. Your profile: Experience in management within social insurance or professional pension schemes; relevant certifications are welcome; Fluent Italian with excellent command of French; Comfortable handling files, detail-oriented and rigorous; Good service orientation and ability to manage exchanges with different stakeholders; Proficiency in standard tools; Team spirit, reliability, and discretion. Both motivated junior profiles with solid initial experience and senior/confirmed profiles with LPP expertise will find a suitable environment matching their skills.
