• Handling products manually to ensure the production of fresh, high-quality sprouts.
• Maintaining strict hygiene standards by wearing special clothing and following established protocols.

• Adapt to shifts: embracing a flexible schedule, including morning shifts starting at 5:00 and afternoon shifts ending at 23:30, with regular days off in between.
