Production Technician (Night Shift)

Job DescriptionThe Production Technician role is responsible for all technical and processing activities including and running machinery, equipment maintenance and fault finding. The working hours are 11pm-11am and the shift is accompanied by an impressive 37% shift premium on top of your basic salary!

- covering breaks, operating production machinery, assembling product and pallet release duties
- Conducting Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and refurbish offline machinery
- Attending to electro-mechanical faults, diagnosing and repairing .
- Ensuring all manufacturing equipment is set up and produces product according to standards.
- Monitoring in-process quality, addressing issues as needed to prevent product holds.
- Ensuring the minimization of downtime within planned costs for repair and spares.
- Qualification in electrical or mechanical engineering (e.g: C&G, HND) or a time served apprenticeship.
- Experience in a high volume, highly automated manufacturing environment.
- Experience in maintenance and fault finding.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Team player who is passionate about healthcare.

Salary Range Information £25,000.00 - £38,125.00 GBP Annual
