Our TPN department in Thetford is recruiting for Production Technicians to join our fast-paced team. You will be manufacturing life-saving nutrition products that are sent directly to patients in their homes and hospitals all over the world. Working in a cleanroom environment in specialised personal protective equipment, you will use specialised computers and manually manufacture the nutrition products. Therefore, you must be comfortable wearing PPE.
Training & Development Full Training Provided: No prior pharmaceutical experience? No problem. We provide comprehensive, step-by-step training on all equipment, safety protocols, and compounding processes. Formal Sign-Off: You will receive full technical sign-off as you master each process, helping you safely build a long-term career in pharmaceuticals.
What We Offer Starting Salary: £27,000 Shift Allowance: £45.35 per week Hours: Mon-Fri rotating shifts (06:00-14:00 and 13:00-21:00).

- Manufacturing: Prepare, compound, and inspect pharmaceutical products following SOPs.
- Labelling & Dispensing: Label all products according to exact specifications.
- Cleanroom Operations: Maintain isolator inventory and validate aseptic techniques.
- Sanitisation: Clean and sanitise equipment and components to regulatory standards.
- Monitoring: Complete routine equipment sampling, testing, and facility cleaning.
- Environment: Comfortable working on your feet while wearing specialized cleanroom PPE/gowns.
- GMP Knowledge: Essential understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice (or equivalent hygiene/safety standards from other industries) is desired but not essential.
- Education: GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics.
- Skills: High attention to detail and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with other departments such as quality and training so communication skills are essential.
