About the RoleWe are looking for a highly motivatedandadaptablepersonto join our company as a PaintProduction Technician, working in the paintteam to ensure paint and colours are delivered in line with the daily production schedule.
Key Responsibilities- Working to operating procedures to produce consistent, right first-time paints, operating the paste and pigment dispensing and the drawdown equipment.
- Quality control, problem-solving and resolving colour queries using our specialised equipment.
- Completing maintenance plans in a timely way and reporting any defects found.
- Ensuringthat Fermoie's cleanliness and good order standards are met within the paint area and immediate surrounding areas.
- Involvement in other areas of the fabric and wallpaper print process as required.
As a key member of the production team, our ideal Paint Production Technician candidate will have strong team-working ability, strong communication skills and align closely with our company value of people-first in the way you interact with those around you. Youwill have apassion for excellence, a keen eye for detail and the ability to think on your feet and solve problems under pressure, with outstanding organisational skills.Sustainability is at the heart of our business and we are looking for a Paint Production Technician who is willing to make this part of their everyday thinking in their role.
