Description

LiveLink Aerospace is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Production Technician to join our rapidly growing team. You will be at the heart of our manufacturing process, responsible for assembling, testing, and calibrating high-end aerospace components and surveillance systems.

This isn't just a "bolt-it-together" job; you'll be working on cutting-edge hardware where precision is the difference between mission success and failure. If you have a steady hand, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for aerospace technology, we want to hear from you.

  • Precision Assembly: Perform complex electro-mechanical assembly of aerospace hardware, including PCB integration, wiring looms, and structural components.
  • Testing & Quality Control: Conduct rigorous functional testing and calibration of completed units to ensure they meet strict aerospace standards.
  • Fault Finding: Identify and troubleshoot defects during the production phase, working closely with the engineering team to resolve technical snags.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate production logs and quality assurance records to ensure full traceability of every component.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute ideas to streamline assembly workflows and improve manufacturing efficiency.
What We're Looking For
  • Technical Expertise: Proven experience in electro-mechanical assembly, ideally within the aerospace, defense, or automotive sectors.
  • Soldering Skills: High-level soldering proficiency (surface mount and through-hole) is a major plus.
  • Technical Literacy: Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical schematics.
  • The "Aerospace Mindset": A disciplined approach to work, understanding that "near enough" isn't good enough.
  • Tool Proficiency: Comfortable using a wide range of hand tools, torque drivers, and electronic test equipment.
