Our Client:Our client is an established industrial manufacturer experiencing a period of growth and acquisition. To support increased production demands, they are seeking an Assembly Team Leader to strengthen their day-shift operations.The Role:

You will support the day-to-day running of a small production team, ensuring production activity is completed safely, efficiently, and to the required standards.Responsibilities include:

• Leading and supporting hands-on assembly activities
• Organising daily tasks and workflow across the team
• Monitoring output and assisting with general production coordination
• Maintaining production records and documentation
• Supporting adherence to quality, safety and operational procedures
• Contributing to a positive, efficient working environment
