Production Systems Efficiency Product Owner for ERP S/4 Projects - Belfast

Airbus is embarking on one of its most critical industrial and supply chain integrations to date. As we absorb the operations of a vital Tier 1 aerostructures supplier, our objective is to seamlessly integrate this complex business into the core Airbus organization while safeguarding the daily continuity of our operations and global supply chain. Central to this monumental effort is the expansion of our Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) system, replacing legacy tools with a unified SAP S/4 HANA digital ecosystem. Within this transformative context, an opportunity for a SAP S/4HANA Product Owner - Manufacturing & Shopfloor has arisen at our newly acquired facility, which focuses on A220 wings and mid-fuselage components. In this pivotal role, you will strategically architect and drive the definition, design, and deployment of SAP S/4 HANA across the PSE scope, uniting critical Manufacturing Engineering and Shop Floor processes.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM

• Drive the delivery of the PSE team.
• All along the project, focus on PSE scope, while ensuring the integration with other domains (Planning & Supply, Finance, Logistics, ).
• Manage the collaboration with other teams, inside and outside the Belfast project.
• Deploy the SAP S/4 HANA solutions together with the surrounding Airbus tool chain.
• Contribute to the deployment strategy elaboration.
• Perform business transformation and ensure business adoption, especially via business acceptance tests.
• Prepare and execute data migration and entry into service.
• Orchestrate hypercare to support operations once deployment is done.
• Assess functionality and deliver the SAP S/4 HANA based solution, in collaboration with IT departments.
• Collaborate with other Airbus S/4 projects to benefit from synergies and harmonize solutions.
• Perform in-depth analysis of current organization, processes and IT solutions.
• Enable an efficient implementation of new processes and Airbus digital tools, aligned with SAP standards and Airbus global strategy.
• Steer collaboration and alignment between Belfast Operations stakeholders (key users, executives), Process Owners and Information Management teams all along the project, from early discovery phase up to entry into service.

ABOUT YOU

• Essential Global supply-chain end to end business understanding.
• Manufacturing Engineering and/ or shop floor detailed knowledge.
• Knowledge of additional domains and experience in operations are a plus.
• Deep understanding of SAP supply-chain modules.
• S/4 proficiency, both in terms of solution and deployment methodology.
• Be educated to degree level in Informatics, Manufacturing Engineering, Production or Supply-chain, together with a minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in Aerospace or related complex industries (e.g., Automotive, Defence) OR Be educated to HNC level in Informatics, Manufacturing Engineering, Production or Supply-chain, together with a minimum of 8 years' relevant experience in Aerospace or related complex industries (e.g., Automotive, Defence).
• Desirable Mastery of classic "waterfall" project management and experience with SAFe/Agile frameworks.
• Good stakeholders management, ability to negotiate and find the win-win solution.
• Proven track record in performing change management.
