We're looking for a Production Supervisor to join a well-established food manufacturing operation.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in production or food environments who is ready to take the next step into a supervisory position or build on existing leadership experience within a fast paced setting.

What you'll be doing as Production Supervisor

You will support the day to day running of production by supervising teams, ensuring targets are met, and maintaining high standards across safety, quality, and performance.

• Supervising production teams to meet output and efficiency targets
• Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards
• Managing workflow and supporting shift performance
• Coaching and supporting team members to improve performance
• Monitoring attendance, performance, and behaviour on shift
• Communicating effectively with management and other departments

What we're looking for in a Production Supervisor

• Experience in a food production or manufacturing environment
• Previous team leader or supervisory experience (or ready to step up)
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced, target driven environment
• Reliable, flexible, and able to manage changing priorities
• Willingness to work required shift patterns and adapt to future changes

Shift Patterns AM Shift

• Monday to Thursday: 06:00 - 15:00
• Friday: 06:00 - 14:30

PM Shift

• Tuesday to Friday: 15:00 - 22:30
• Saturday: 09:00 - 17:00

Both shifts require flexibility, including starting earlier or finishing later when needed. There is an expectation of future changes to shift patterns, including earlier start times, potentially on a permanent basis.
