This company are an international organisation who are part of a wider group. You will be working on a close knit site with around 15 members of staff.

On offer is a days based role where you will be part of a positive team culture. You will be responsible for the day to day running of the Production department, including implementing continuous improvements and working with colleagues to ensure high quality and health and safety.

This role would suit someone who has any level of leadership skills within a production / manufacturing or relevant industry, looking for a days based role within a friendly team, where you can make a positive impact on the future of the site.

• Monday - Friday, 40 hours (days)
• Leading the day to day running of production on site
• Continuous improvement
• Maintaining and developing quality and health and safety

• Background in production, manufacturing or relevant areas
• Any level of leadership or management experience
