We are seeking a reliable Production Supervisor to join our Backshift team at our Factory located in Steeton,West Yorkshire.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 2:00pm - 10:30pm

The Ideal Candidate

• Good Communication
• Experience in a similar role (advantageous)
• Able to work on own initiative
• Must be a team player
• Have experience of health and safety procedures
• Have a good eye for detail and quality

Key Responsibilities

• Provide effective leadership and supervision across the back shift operation, motivating the team
• Ensure production targets, quality standards, health and safety requirements and operational performance are maintained
• Maintaining and improving housekeeping standards
• Completing daily and weekly reports

Our production teams take pride in manufacturingourproduct to the highest possiblestandards using innovative manufacturing methods andmanaging the packaging and distribution of our product to customers globally.Roleswithin production include administration,production, warehousing,quality and inventory control and engineering. Positionsrange from operative to management levels, providing opportunities for individual progression.
