• Managing and maintaining production plans and schedules in line with customer demand
• Leading daily meetings to communicate priorities, risks and progress
• Line managing a small team of production technicians
• Coordinating with Engineering, Quality, Procurement and Project Management teams
• Monitoring workflow and adjusting schedules to address disruptions or changing priorities

• Previous experience in Production Planning, Control or Supervisory position
• Experience supervising or leading small teams
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
• Proven problem-solving ability in fast-paced, regulated environments
