Job Description

• Supervise daily production activities to ensure operational efficiency and adherence to schedules.
• Monitor and maintain quality control processes to meet product standards.
• Coordinate with engineering and manufacturing teams to improve workflow and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the production area.
• Train and support production staff to enhance their skills and performance.
• Track and report on production metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Manage resources effectively, including equipment, materials, and personnel.
• Address and resolve any production-related issues promptly and efficiently.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Production Supervisor should have:

• Experience in supervising manufacturing or industrial production processes.
• Strong knowledge of engineering and manufacturing operations.
• Familiarity with quality control procedures and health and safety regulations.
• Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Good communication and organisational abilities.
