Production Section Manager - FMCG Food Plant (Caistor)

Avara Foods is seeking a Production Section Manager at our Caistor site to lead a section within a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing environment. You will manage Team Leaders, drive productivity and uphold food safety, health and quality standards while coordinating customer visits and audits.

You will develop staff, implement improvements, and ensure data is captured for senior management analysis. This role involves weekend/rotational shifts and close collaboration with Production Managers.
