Production Section Manager - FMCG Food Manufacturing

Avara Foods is seeking a proactive and experienced Production Section Manager for our Caistor site in North Lincolnshire. You will lead a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing environment, ensuring safety, quality and KPI delivery while managing a diverse team across shifts.

You will drive continuous improvement, develop Team Leaders, and coordinate with Production Managers to meet targets. The role requires flexibility to cover Sunday-Wednesday shifts and engage in audits and customer visits.
