Production Quality & Test ManagerGloucesterPermanentWe are recruiting for a market-leading engineering group, formed through a recent merger and entering an exciting growth phase. We're now looking for a Production Quality & Test Manager to take ownership of production quality control and product testing across our pump manufacturing operations. The Role You'll lead quality and test activities in line with ISO 9001 and LPCB requirements, ensuring all pump sets (MTS, MTO, ETO) are manufactured, tested, and released to approved standards. You'll manage the test function, oversee inspections, maintain calibration systems, and support internal and external audits.Key Responsibilities

• Lead production quality and testing activities
• Ensure ISO 9001 and LPCB compliance (fire pump systems)
• Manage test personnel, procedures, and certification
• Oversee incoming, in-process, and final inspections
• Control non-conformances, corrective actions, and documentation
• Maintain calibration and test equipment compliance

About You

• Degree / HNC / HND in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering
• Experience in ISO 9001 manufacturing environments
• Strong quality, testing, and audit experience
• Background in pumps, rotating equipment, or regulated engineering (desirable)
• Confident team leader with strong attention to detail
