Are you experienced in production planning, manufacturing administration or ERP coordination?

We are recruiting for a proactive Production Planning & ERP Coordinator to support the smooth flow of customer orders into production within a busy manufacturing environment.

This role combines ERP administration, manufacturing order preparation, production planning and customer order coordination.

The Role

• Prepare and maintain item and production data within the ERP system
• Coordinate production-planning activities
• Monitor priorities and production requirements
• Create, review and release Manufacturing Orders
• Process customer orders
• Produce accurate order confirmations
• Maintain accurate ERP records
• Support ERP and planning issue resolution
• Communicate delivery information to customers
• Work closely with internal production and operational teams
• Support continuous improvement of planning and ERP processes

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience within a manufacturing or production environment
• Experience using manufacturing ERP systems
• Understanding of production planning principles
• Familiarity with manufacturing orders
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable managing several priorities at once
• Strong IT and data-handling ability
• Proactive and customer-focused approach

Experience with inventory management, operational coordination or continuous improvement would be advantageous.
