Production Operator (Weekend Shift)

Job Overview

Work in a weekend shift for 3 days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) from 6am to 6pm, providing full time coverage over a compressed week with 4 days off.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through assembly lines performing a variety of tasks to produce life changing medical products.
• Perform on line and in process visual inspections to ensure each product meets specifications per work order and procedure.
• Reject products that fall outside of specifications.
• Assist supervisors and technicians with product and machine change overs.
• Support other related duties as required, including overtime opportunities.

Requirements

• Adaptability to work on multiple assembly lines and work cells.
• Dexterous hands and fine motor skills for precision assembly.
• Strong visual inspection ability.
• Team player who thrives on collaborating with others, especially on sterile medical products.
• Reliability: consistently meet target expectations.
• Proficiency in reading, speaking, writing, and understanding English.

Preferred Experience

• 3 to 6 months of experience in the manufacturing industry.
