Production Operator: Rotating Shifts & Growth Path

Interaction Recruitment is seeking a Production Operative for a well-established site near Highbridge (Bason Bridge, Nr Highbridge). The role is hands-on, involving operating and monitoring machinery, setting up equipment, blending powders and assisting with packing and quality checks.

Shifts rotate (06:00-14:30, 14:00-22:30, 22:00-06:30) Mon-Fri with weekly pay. A reliable, physically fit candidate who is mechanically minded will fit well and may progress to a permanent role.
