Position Overview

Church & Dwight UK Ltd. is looking for an Operator to join our Production team across all FMCG production lines at our Folkestone, Kent site.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high speed production lines run effectively and efficiently.
• Identify and rectify problems and faults quickly.
• Carry out quality and good manufacturing checks.
• Order and load components, perform line start up checks, change overs and wash downs.
• Control parameters using computer systems to run the line.
• Read and interpret alarms, and troubleshoot issues.
• Work a 12 hour shift pattern: 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am on a 4 on 4 off schedule.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an FMCG manufacturing environment.
• Good standard of verbal and written English.
• Basic understanding of mathematics and experience working with computers.
• Experience using SAP is an advantage.
• Right to work in the UK.
