We're looking for a Production Operator who's ready to dive into the world of specialist paint manufacturing. Someone who enjoys working with purpose, cares about quality, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves.

What You'll Be Doing

• Mixing Paints with accuracy and consistency, whether following standard formulas or creating bespoke blends for customers.
• Supporting Colour Matching to help achieve perfect, reliable results.
• Operating and Maintaining Machinery to keep production running smoothly.
• Monitoring Stock and ensuring materials are always ready when needed.
• Following Safety Procedures when working with chemicals and resins.
• Maintaining a High Standard Workspace that's clean, organised, and audit ready.

Working Hours and Conditions

• Full time hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30-16:30
• A hands on role involving standing, mixing, and working in controlled lighting
• PPE provided for safe handling of chemicals and fumes
• A workplace where precision, safety, and teamwork matter
