We are currently recruiting for a Production Operator to join a busy and fast-paced factory environment. This is a hands on role that plays a vital part in the manufacturing and dispatch process.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick and pack products from the production line
• Ensure products are securely packaged and ready for dispatch
• Perform regular quality checks to maintain high standards
• Follow all health and safety procedures and company policies
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate any issues to supervisors

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for individuals who have previously worked in a similar role and possess the following skills:

• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Self motivated and enthusiastic attitude
• Good timekeeping and reliability
