What you will do You will work as part of a shift team to ensure smooth operation throughout all our production processes.Your main tasks will include: Adhering to UPM Safety Principles, Values, ISO Standards, and Standard Work Operating processes throughout our production operation Ensuring product and customer order specifications are met Ensuring safety, process, and quality issues are communicated promptly to the Leading Hand Supporting continual improvement and collaboration within and across cells actively Ensuring effective handover of all the relevant information at shift changeover Working schedule Monday - Friday 3 Shift Pattern.
