Production Operator - Swansea

Full time Monday-Friday Weekly Pay

We are currently recruiting for reliable and hardworking Production Operators to join a busy manufacturing environment based in Swansea. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for stable hours, a supportive team, and long term work.

Shift Pattern

• Monday to Thursday: 7:00am - 3:00pm
• Friday: 7:00am - 1:00pm
• Overtime available at enhanced rates on weekends

Pay

• £12.36 per hour
• Weekly pay
• Overtime paid at higher rates

Role Responsibilities

• Operating production machinery safely and efficiently
• Following work instructions and quality standards
• Packing, assembling, and preparing products for dispatch
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area
• Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets

What We're Looking For

• Previous production or manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
