Salary: £12.21 per hour
Job Type: Full-time, Temp to Perm
Shift Pattern: Monday to Thursday: 8:00am - 4:30pm / Friday: 8:00am - 3:30pm

About the Role

We are currently recruiting Production Operatives to join a fast-growing manufacturer of high-quality continence care products. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a supportive and expanding team within a clean and well-run production facility.

As a Production Operative, you'll play an essential role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards before reaching our customers. Your attention to detail and teamwork will help maintain smooth and efficient production.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect products on the production line to ensure quality standards are met
• Pack finished products for dispatch
• Prepare and pack gift boxes as required
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Follow company policies and procedures, including health & safety guidelines
• Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors

• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
• Ability to work on your feet and manage repetitive tasks
• Previous experience in a production or packing environment is desirable but not essential
