Production Operator

RSW are seeking a skilled and dedicated Production Operator. The ideal candidate will possess a strong assembly, and materials handling. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes while maintaining high-quality standards.

• Conduct assembly tasks to produce finished products according to specifications.
• Perform routine inspections of equipment and tooling to ensure optimal performance.
• Handle materials safely and efficiently within the warehouse environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while adhering to safety regulations.
• Apply basic math skills for measurements and calculations during the production process.

• Proven experience in a production or manufacturing environment, with a focus on warehouse operations.
• Proficiency in the use of hand tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
