Production operator

Wat je gaat doen As a production worker, you will contribute to the smooth operation of our production processes in a dynamic and supportive team environment. You'll be working in a three-shift system, where flexibility and attention to detail are key. From operating machinery to ensuring quality control, your role will be hands-on and varied, with opportunities to learn and grow through internal training programs.

What You Will Do:

• Operate: production equipment and adjust settings as needed to maintain efficiency.
• Monitor: quality by performing regular checks and ensuring standards are met.
• Handle: raw materials, including mixing, filling, and transporting them to the right locations.
• Inspect: and maintain equipment, performing basic maintenance and reporting issues.
• Contribute: to a clean and safe workspace by adhering to safety protocols and performing cleaning tasks.

• MBO 3/4 education level in Production or related field.
