Production Operator - 4-on/4-off Shifts + Upskilling

Manpower Group (UK) in Rugby is seeking a Technical Operator to support daily production, ensuring quality, hygiene and safety standards. You will perform basic machine checks, assist with changeovers and use SAP to manage stock and production information.

We offer a 4 on 4 off continental shift pattern, with weekly pay and a temp-to-perm opportunity. A basic education level and willingness to work toward NVQ Level 2 are valued, along with reliability and teamwork.
