Production Operatives Bangor

First Choice are currently recruiting x4 production operatives, to work with our client in Bangor.

This is a full time role which offers a 3 day weekend. Working hours will be Monday - Thursday, 6am - 4:45pm, with a pay rate of £12.71 per hour.

The successful candidate must be able to display excellent communication skills, and be able to display a willingness to work off their own initiative, and as part of a team.

The Main duties of this role will be to:

• Support the efficient manufacturing and packaging of yoghurt products within busy production facility
• Operate production and packaging machinery in line with company procedures and training
• Pack, label, and prepare finished products to meet quality and customer standards
• Monitor product quality throughout the production process and report any issues or deviations immediately
• Follow strict food hygiene, safety, and HACCP regulations at all times to ensure compliance with industry standards

What We Need From You

• 4 GCSE'S grade A - C including English and Maths
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
• Able to display excellent communication and interpersonal skills
