Production Operative- Permanent Position

Manpower are seeking a motivated and dependable Production Operative to join a successful manufacturing business. This is a permanent opportunity offering long-term job security within a growing and well-established company.

Working as part of a production team, you will help ensure food products are manufactured, packed, and prepared to the highest standards while maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.

The role is based close to Alford but transport is provided around standard working hours with pick up locations in Louth.

• Location: Pick-up location - Louth
• Salary: £12.83 per hour
• Hours: Full-Time Day Shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Operating within a busy production environment
• Packing, sorting, and preparing products for dispatch
• Handling materials and components throughout the production process
• Carrying out manual handling duties as required
• Following company quality standards and production procedures
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe workspace
• Supporting colleagues to achieve daily production targets
• Adhering to all health and safety policies

About You

• Previous experience within production, manufacturing, warehouse, or packing environments
• A strong work ethic and positive attitude
• The ability to work efficiently within a fast-paced setting
• Good attention to detail and quality standards
• Excellent reliability and punctuality
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Essential Requirements

• Own transport is required due to the location of the site
• Physically capable of lifting and moving materials when necessary
• Comfortable standing and moving for extended periods
• Flexibility to work additional hours during busy periods

Working Hours

• Day shifts only, no weekends.
• Start time: 8:00am
• Finish time varies depending on production requirements (up to 7:00pm)
• Full-time permanent hours
